From our Athletic Director
Greetings in Jesus Christ,
I am Chris Fransman and I was born and raised in Hills, Minnesota. The Lord has blessed me with athletic abilities and I am trying to use those to further develop His kingdom. I grew up on a farm, but my true love is sports. I have been active in sports ever since I was in fifth grade.
In high school I played basketball and ran track. I love to play basketball, but my gift was track. I received a scholarship to run track at Dordt College, where I was successful as a high jumper.
Now that I am done with college I still like to be active in sports. I love to play basketball, go golfing, mini-golfing, disc golfing, bowling, and play softball.
Here at Tri-State Christian School I have been blessed with the opportunity to be very active in the sports program. My first year teaching at TSCS I assisted with the varsity boy's basketball and golf teams. I also coached the junior high girl's basketball team. I am now entering my ninth year as the Athletic Director here at TSCS. In additions to doing the AD work I will be coaching basketball and golf this year. I look forward to working with and coaching your children as they continue to develop their God-given gifts and abilities, and encourage them to use those gifts to bring Glory to God.
A Husky, by itself, can be a strong, noble animal. However, a husky's strength is best when teamed with other huskies, just as Christians are strengthened when they work together. The combined strength of the huskies is mastered by their owner, as Christians are guided by their Heavenly Master.
